About the Academy
Our Academy is committed to finding and nurturing the beautiful dancer in every student, by providing a comprehensive dance learning experience based upon a solid foundation of technique training and quality performance opportunities. A wholesome, positive and challenging atmosphere of friendship, guidance and encouragement enables our students to achieve their highest potential and strive to be the very best they can be.
At the St. Romain Dance Academy, we are committed to providing the highest quality dance education in a wholesome and positive atmosphere where every single student receives guidance and encouragement. All our students study ballet, which we believe offers the strongest technical foundation, and may also take additional classes in the following styles; jazz, tap, hip hop, modern and lyrical. Pointe and Variations are also offered beginning in Level 5 and upper level students may also have classes in yoga, pilates, nutrition & strength training periodically. We offer many different performing opportunities for students to pursue and never turn any interested student away. While all our classes are taught at a pre-professional level of technique, we strive to provide a comprehensive dance learning experience for every Academy dancer, whether they want a professional career or are just dancing for enjoyment. In all levels, we encourage a classroom atmosphere of friendship and trust, where students help each other learn and grow, as well as build lasting relationships. Our goal has always been to unlock the beautiful dancer inside every student and allow their soul to soar through the power and magic of dance!
Our Classes
SDA Studios offers lessons for ages 2.5 & up. Join us for ballet, pointe, jazz, hip-hop, tap, modern, lyrical or yoga. Our main session runs Aug-May; summer classes run July-Aug.Learn More»
